Solution Proposal
Mantex engineers will visit your site in order to capture your situation and discuss opportunities with our technology.
Pre-study
Identified opportunities will be evaluated by carrying out a pre-study. Important activities will include:
- Detailed current situation analysis
- Objectives and requirements specification
- Solution specification with detailed product configurations and customer specific features documented. Including detailed specification of customer infrastructure required, eventual integration to 3rd party products and customer back office systems.
- Solution concept test with customer specific material samples performed in the Mantex Laboratory and or at the customer premises.
- Eventual material scanning tests made by 3rd party evaluator.
- System integration phase project planning including detailed resource and time schedule.
- Customer business case including a complete ROI calculation.
A pre-study phase is offered as a fixed price project including Mantex resources, use of Mantex products during the pre-study period on site or use of time in the Mantex Laboratory. Key customer staff and material samples would need to be made available during the pre-study.
System Integration
The specified solution will be put into production at the customer premises. Important activities will include:
- Product configuration and implementation of customer specific features.
- System test in mantex Laboratory
- Customer infrastructure validation
- Delivery
- Installation
- Education
- Acceptance test
- Pilot Production
The system integration phase is offered as a fixed price project including mantex products, customer specific development and all necessary services required to deploy the specified solution.
Support
Once the specified solution has been put into production mantex offer a wide range of supporting services including activities such as:
- End user support.
- Software and hardware maintenance.
- Hardware spare part and replacement services.
- Software upgrades.
Support services will be specified in a service level agreement and offered as a fixed price on a yearly basis.

In addition to the standard 4 phase solution process mantex can offer contract research projects where our technology can be used in customer specific assignments.
