We are for the moment searching for;
Business Development Manager- Bioenergy
The mission is to identify and create awareness of new measurement applications enabled with the Mantex technology in the bioenergy industry. Together with our research and development team you will develop new product functionalities to match the needs of those new applications.
We would also like you to coordinate the research activities globally within bioenergy research centers to discover new application areas as well as limitations with our technology.
We like you to have a long cross functional experience from the industry and we believe that you have a PhD in bioenergy or a similar education.
Business Development Manager - Forest Industry
The mission is to identify and evaluate measurement applications in the paper and forest industry and that together with our research team to develop new product functionalities to match the needs in the forest industry.
We would like you to coordinate the research activities globally within paper production and forestry research centers to discover new application areas as well as limitations with our technology.
We like you to have a long experience from the pulp and paper industry and you have a PhD in forestry or a similar education.
Mechanical engineer
As we are increasing the number of customer specific online measurement projects, we need to expand our mechanical design department with one more mechanical engineer. You will join a team consisting of a handful mechanical designers, whose task is to develop online and laboratory measurement products as well as to customize our online products for industrial environments.
The team is an important part of our R&D department, which in total consists of 13 people. We believe that you hold at least a technical bachelor degree and have 5-10 years experience from mechanical design. Experience from plant design, sheet metal processing, welded structures etc is meritorious. All our CAD designs are made using Solid Works.
Project Manager
We are steadily increasing the number of ongoing projects and are now looking for an experienced and extremely driven project manager. Our projects are divided into a few different types and we believe that you are a person who feels comfortable with at least 3 of the 4 project types below:
- Product development and industrialization projects, aiming to develop Mantex basic technology, platforms and industrialized products.
- Customer research projects, aiming to evaluate Mantex' technology together with a customer.
- System integration projects, aiming to customize and install online and offline systems in our customers' production environment.
- Business consultancy projects, aiming to evaluate business potential and return of investment for Mantex' technology in a specific customer application.
It is assumed that you hold at least a technical bachelor degree and have 5-10 years experience of project management within similar fields. Experience from the processing industry and/or the biofuel /bioenergy industries is meritorious. However, as an alternative, experience from advanced product development, especially within measurement technology, could as well be meritorious.
Sales and Business Manager
We are looking for a dedicated business woman (or man) to manage our sales to the pulp & paper industries as well as to biomass combustion plants in the Nordic Region.
The job is also to build relationships with the major actors in these segments and to organize and lead the sales.
We like you to have experience of leading business to business sales of complex products.
Service Engineer
We are looking for a service engineer; the assignment is to assembly, install and carry out service on our flow and desktop measurement devises. The job will be carried out both at our workshop in Kista as well as at our customer's facilities, mainly in the Nordic region.
You are a flexible, thorough and multi skilled most likely with a mechanical and electric background.
Test and QA engineer
We are looking for a dedicated test engineer with quality focus. You will be responsible for assuring quality of our software releases as well as of complete systems, during core development, industrialization and customer projects.
You will take responsibility for taking the software from our developers' desks to formal deliveries to our end customers'. You will build software releases, perform hands on testing as well as take the role as test leader and gradually document and formalize the tests. You will also be responsible for adaption and streamlining of methods and tools for test and quality assurance.
We are using C++ with COM and C# with COM and WPF. We believe that you are educated within computer science and have a few years of experience within test and verification.
